All papers are submitted electronically.

Electronic Paper Submission: January 20, 2012 - February 20, 2012
Papers submitted from Jan. 20, 2012 - February 20, 2012, are not required to submit a processing fee.  All papers are electronically date and time stamped upon submission.

Electronic Paper Submission February 21, 2012 – March 31, 2012
Late fee: Papers submitted electronically Feb. 21 – Mar. 31, 2012 are required to submit a $15.00 processing fee. All papers are electronically date and time stamped upon submission.

Electronic Paper Submission  April 1, 2012 – April 30, 2012
The processing fee is $25.00. All papers are electronically date and time stamped upon submission.

Any paper received after April 30, 2012– will not be guaranted that their paper will be published in that year’s Proceedings. The processing fee is $50.00 If your paper is accepted for publication it will be processed for the following year.
